29 November, 2018 Class

Today during class, we were trying to figure out if President Donald Trump's choices regarding immigration were good or bad choices. Ten people thought his decisions were good and were accounted for as "Pro-Trump", three people were not happy with his decisions and were called "Against Trump", or something like that. Six other people did not really 'care' about the subject, I guess, so they were dubbed no opinion, NO, or something like that. There were another three people, though, which I was amongst, who just didn't raise their hands.
Before that, though, a few people were researching the answer to the question we had on our previous class: "What percent of people in the world are international immigrants?" Since the book pages and the presentation both had different opinions on the theme. The book said 3%, but the presentation slides said 9%. The first day that we voted, fourteen people said 3% and ten others had bet on the 9%. The second day (today), nineteen people voted for the 3%, and three for the 9%. I personally had voted for the 3% twice. I did not believe that nine percent of the world's population was composed of international migrants. And I was right! One of the few times I ever am. My notes (in this class only) are still doing great. I think that this quarter I will get Second Honors if at all, unlike in the first quarter, where I got First Honors :( I do hope I am wrong, but the facts and my grades seem to tell otherwise.
